Fc26 champion games lagging mid game and switched to opponents team

I played 2 of the champion games and in both games the game lagged for 4-5 secs and I got automatically switched to opponent’s team. I was basically controlling opponents team and I couldn’t pause the game or do anything on the game. I got losses in both games. This is so frustrating!!! 
Also while building my team, when I press R1 to see available players for a particular position, it shows me the entire club players instead of specific position players.
