FC26 Game freeze

Hi Support team,

I just had an issue that I think is a cheat system on the FC26. I was about to finish a game and the other party paused the game at the last minute. The game still continued to end the game but it doesn't get pass the empty stadium  scene and when I go to the home screen and back, I get a message saying if I don't resume playing, I'll lose the game. I already won the game and I can't get out of it.  I can't attach the picture with the error message cause its so quick when it comes up. It's not the regular message duration when you stop playing when you're distracted. 

Note: I do not have any anti-virus on the system and I still have a lot of space on my storage

Can this be reviewed, this can be a cheat or virus/bug/attack on my game. How am I sure the person isn't stealing my data at the moment?
