FC26 Game Input Lag after Windows Update version 24H2 (KB5064401)

Been playing the game for 2 days, and the game runs fine for me until a forced Windows update last night. Today, I run the game, and it's just constant input lag after I start the game, even in the main menu. The lag was like sometimes the input was not registered, but sometimes I pressed the button once and it registered twice. 

I've tried both keyboard and controller, and I also tried unplugging the controller and the keyboard. But the lag is still there. Tried restarting, reinstalling vc, running as admin, repairing the game...

I also tried my input for other games like The Last of Us and others... they work perfectly fine for me. So I guess it's an FC issue. Please help.
