FC26 GAME SHUTDOWN

I play the game on PC, and in Rivals or WL, the game crashes unexpectedly. Before it crashes, there's a slight lag or increased ping,ı have no problems with my internet or my computer. then the game closes. Please fix this or don't ignore this problem.
