    When it comes to issues and concerns around bans, we on the forums are not in a position to assist, as we cannot discuss your account with you or verify account ownership.

    As you already have a case open, the best thing to do is give the team time to investigate and reply.

Hello thanks for the prompt assistance. Do you know how many days it takes usually for the advisors to have a look? As you know that team of the season has released, im missing out on the grind for sbcs and this week’s weeknd league. Not having any type of waiting time or knowing why my account was flagged is very concerning for me as i was unexpectedly taken away the freedom of getting to play the game in it’s peak season. Hope you understand my situation. Thank you

Hey shafifa1130​ it can take up to 15 or even 20 working days for a reply from the team. It depends on a number of factors and we are not able to really give any concrete timeframe for a reply.

All we can do is ask that you remain paitent and keep an ey eon your email for a reply from the team.
