Fc26 not launching

Game Not launching, Steam, pc, when I try to launch the game, the anticheat window opens normally, however after it a black screen appears and the game does not launch, an error appears in the ea app, saying: an error on our end caused the launch to fail, try again later. I can open the game from another steam and EA counts on the same pc, but I cannot access the game on one specific account, even though the game was bought on it, meaning this is not a hardware or pc files issue, could somebody help to solve
