FC26 on PC slow motion/drops fps half time

Got FC26 from EA App a few days ago and from the 1st game it didn't work.

First issue :  After playing 45mins and going into the second 45 , after the cutscene , the fps would just drop into oblivion making the game unplayable. On rivals / ultimate team in general.

Second issue: Days later of gambling if the game works or not , got a new problem where the game would just go into slow motion from the first minutes even in kick off.

I play with a Xbox elite series 2 controller on PC. Bluetooth not wired. I've attached a DxDiag file with the specs and everything. I don't know what else to try. I'm lost. Please fix your game already.
