FC26 PC – Severe loss of player control - requesting formal investigation
I’m experiencing recurring periods in FC26 where I effectively lose proper control of my players. This goes beyond normal delay or occasional stutter and can make the game functionally unplayable.
I’ve already done extensive troubleshooting on my side, and I’m happy to provide logs, video evidence, timestamps, or other diagnostics if needed.
My preferred outcome is simple: I want the game fixed. If EA can resolve this within a reasonable period, I have no interest in pursuing anything further.
However, if this remains unresolved by the time the next FC title releases, I will look into the consumer remedies available to me under Dutch/EU law, including a refund claim for the game and purchases made specifically for use within it.
For now, I’m asking for a proper technical investigation into the loss-of-control issue rather than generic connection troubleshooting; as such, I'd like to know what logs would be most useful for investigating this further.
