I have the same issue occasionally, for me it only happens in the pre match training drills in manager and player Carrer mode, it doesn't occur for me in any other playing mode in fc 26 but if it occurs for you consistently then I would maybe try restarting your computer or exiting the game and joining back (if you haven't already)
I'm certainly positive that this is an issue outside of my hands; all logs and whatnot strongly show evidence that it is in fact EA servers.
Had interactions with most of my friends that play; they also confirm that they're plagued by this.
