FC26 running in slowmotion/stuttering

Hello, My FC 26 start's to run in slowmotion after 20 minutes in match and i get very bad stuttering, I try to delete the cache, reinstall the game, reinstall anticheat, i watched all tutorials on youtube. I can't play this game. Until now, it hasn't done things like that - only for the past few days. It happend to me before, and  after I delete the cache files, it worked fine. What should I do to make the game work fine, like it used to. I can provide you a recording(if necesarry) to show you the problem.
