Fc26 season pass not loading ps5

Hi, I’m still experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26.

After updating to the latest title update, Season Pass and Clubs are still not accessible, while Ultimate Team works normally.

Platform: PlayStation 5

Timezone: GMT+3

Version switching: I did not switch between PS4/PS5 or other FC versions.

I previously opened a case, but it became stuck because the email was no-reply.

The issue is still ongoing and I’m requesting help or escalation.
