You can writte that until tommorow morning and it wont fix anything. I cant play like 20 days, offline mode slowmotion gameplay and online mode input 5 10 20 seconds... Reinstaled complete system, did all of this what people writte, changed every setting etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc. ITS THE SAME!
