Bought fc26 at launch and had no issues for the first couple of months, however now I can play no more than two games before it will shut down my console.
I have no issues with any other game (I have a lot of games)
My console is well ventilated and the vents are cleaned once a week.
I have reinstalled the game and restarted my series x
This is extremely frustrating, I have always played Fiffa and FC for at least an hour a night before now

I don't mean to be that guy but I've just done a quick search of this site and found several people reporting the same issue, it's being reported on other sites (Reddit etc) quite a lot.
As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating for me I cant play a game I bought for what feels like an issue with the game.

Hi yes I had it cleaned professionally, roughly six weeks ago.
Ive heard of several people having the same issue, I'm assuming from your reply that there isn't a fix on the way then?
Community ManagerHi there. Is your console on the older side? If so, has it every been opened and cleaned out? Even with the vents clear and in a well-ventilated space, if enough dirt has accumulated on the inside, it can still overheat your system.
