For months now I am hit or miss whether or not the game lets me into ultimate team.
i have tried everything online, reset caches, unlinking PSN and reconnecting, syncing data, resetting the PS5.
I have even compelling reset the PlayStation and re downloaded everything.
When I open the game and it goes to connecting to EA servers it freezes, if I skip through to the menu and select ultimate team, it freezes or tells me I cannot connect.
if I make it to the menus can access online clubs but cannot get onto ultimate team.
in the last week I’ve managed to get on once without issue or having to clear caches and doing soft resets on the play station.
how can I fix this so I can play the game when I want too?
