FPS Drop issue

Could someone explain why in offline mode i can play on 1080p and 60 fps  totally fine but in any online mode the players just stand still and not move no matter the input and my fps also drops from 60 to 10 or less?. Also if i log into another account and play on these settings then the game run totally fine, the issue seems to be only when im on my pc with my account. Am i the only person experiencing this issue? i got all the updates and still no luck , Sometimes ill try playing ultimate team and it works for the first half and then at halftime the frames drop to 10 fps and its jus unplayable, Same with Clubs and Seasons.
