Freezing And Crashing

from the first day of the game i cant play 3 matches in a row without the game to crash for reference My laptop that i am playing on is Asus tuff f 15 Core 17 12700h and rtx 4070 No when i play the game it runs smoothly in match for 30 mins (squad battels to address that is not connection problem) and my hole laptop freeze and the game closes sometimes it freezes and have like speed lag if press anything for like 7 sec like i am pressing nothing and back to normal after that i tried a lot of things a new game 3d settings on NVidia control panel updated drives disable hardware acceleration  any game including fc 25 works fine battlefield Valorant rainbow six siege cod only this problem in fc 26 i want any solution because i am really tired of my only game that i love playing
