FREEZING AND CRUSHING
Hello EA SPORTS Team, I am writing to report a recurring issue I have been experiencing in FC26. On three separate occasions, during online matches, all of my players suddenly freeze on the pitch with an arrow above them. I am unable to control or move them, and after a short while the game disconnects completely. This has happened in the following situations: A Draft match (paid with coins and FIFA points), where the game disconnected. A Division Rivals promotion match, which was interrupted by the same issue. Another Division Rivals match (not a promotion match), where the same problem occurred. These disconnections have not only caused frustration but also led to the loss of progress and in-game resources. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and provide a solution or appropriate compensation. Thank you for your assistance.
