Freezing and disconnecting almost every match

I've had an issue, and its only become more persistent throughout the last two FC games, where when im in a match, my game will freeze, and then after a few seconds, I am kicked to the lobby and the match is essentially voided, unless im losing i get the loss. I play on PS5, however when I tried on pc aswell this issue remains. My internet is still active while this happens and is different to when my internet disconnects.
