freezing, screen tearing, no pre order icon pack

so i have experienced a lot of issues with fc26 i have bought it 3 days ago, i have aprox 30 hours and 18 of them are trying to solve problems, ive faced a lot but this one is just to mutch i cant play at all, when i lauch my game its very freezed, and the same goes when i paly a game or even in the menu, i cant really explain well so i uploaded a clip so yall can see this and if anyone can help me that would be awsome, thank yall for spendind a lil bit of time trying to help me. i almost forgot i preorderd fc26 24th of september and i didnt received the preorder icon pack, if somebody can help me with taht to. thx
