Full Squad Lost Due to Companion App Technical Error

To the EA Sports Support Team,
I am writing this with extreme frustration regarding a recurring issue with your "FC Companion App." Due to the app’s laggy interface and misleading selection tool, I have mistakenly submitted my entire starting XI (main squad) into a "3x85+ Upgrade" SBC.
This is the second time I have suffered a massive loss because of the technical instability of your application. It is absolutely unacceptable that months of progress and effort can be wiped out in a second due to a poorly optimized app interface.
I demand an immediate investigation into my account and the restoration of my submitted players. I am a loyal customer, but this experience has completely ruined the game for me. If this issue is not resolved and my players are not returned, I will no longer be supporting or playing EA Sports titles.
I expect a prompt and positive resolution.
