FUT menus freezing on PS5 and Companion App after full reset
My Ultimate Team menus have been freezing constantly on both my PS5 and the FUT Companion App. After extensive troubleshooting, it’s clear this is not a console or connection issue but a problem with my account data on EA’s servers.
Here’s everything I’ve already done:
• Cleared cache and rebuilt database in Safe Mode
• Freed storage space
• Reinstalled the game completely
• Tested both wired (Ethernet) and wireless connections — no change
• Swapped Ethernet cables and router ports
• Fully reset PS5 and reinstalled system software from USB
• Companion App also freezes, confirming it’s tied to my main FUT club
Because all local factors have been ruled out, this appears to be a **server-side corruption or stuck item** within my club data.
**Please escalate this case (#227738105) to the Live Service / Technical Game Team** for a club data refresh or integrity repair. EA Help support directed me to post here so it can be reviewed.
