Game Access Disabled

Hello, I have a question, If I previously purchased a key from a website not verified by EA and have access to the game blocked, will it work normally if I purchase the game directly from the EA app, or will I have to do something additional, such as deleting the game and re-downloading it after purchasing? I'd like to know that I don't want to waste my money if it turns out to be a bug and I won't be able to play it despite purchasing the game again. All of this I'm reffering to a FC26 on PC
