Game considered loss after game finished and won 6-2

I was playing the Ultimate gaunlet 4 and was on my first game. I was winning easily at 6-2 however, the game froze on the 88th minute for about 30 seconds then continued normally and the game ended with a victory for me. However, before getting my coins the game was on loading screen saver to advance me to the next steps but it took more than 5 minutes waiting so I decided to close the game and reopen it to see that it considered me DNF. however the game ended, How can I compensate from this as it has ruined my progress for the gauntlet, and did not get my coins, and did not consider the progress of winning games or scoring goals to achieve the group reward for Giuliano Simeone card.

Please help
