Game counts every win as a loss + “Unable to load Ultimate Team” after matches

Hey everyone,

I’m facing a big issue in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team. After around 45 matches, every game I play now counts as a loss, even when I win. Right after the match ends I get the message "Unable to load Ultimate Team" and the game kicks me out of FUT.

Things I already tried:

Restarted the game, console, and router

Checked my connection (wired, stable)

Reinstalled the game

It happens in Rivals and Squad Battles. I suspect I might have received a soft ban or temporary restriction because I played some friendlies with a friend to progress the First Owned Mastery objective. I never received any warning or message.

Could someone from EA or the community confirm if this is a known issue or an account restriction? Any info about duration or fixes would help.
