Game crashes without an error after Co-op Season Match

I'm playing on Xbox Series X and my friend plays on PC. There is no problem with inviting each other to the coop season session or playing the game. But everytime the game finishes and he clicks to the next macth, his game crashes without an error. Please we need a solution.
