game crashing and lag/freeze/low fps

i buy the game just 2 days ago and i cant play because the game keeps crashing in minute 1-5 and just close whitout error message or something. Its frustating, i see this problem has been talk like 3 months ago in this forum and STILL THERE IS NO SOLUTION, very disgusting, i hope somebody can help me, i try almost everthyng i could see here and in youtube and nothing works for me.
so sad a game like this launch always so bad in pc, this is not the first time.

my hardware for any cuestions: 
athlon 3000g
gtx1650
2x8 gb ram
this should give me at least 50-60 fps in low grafics...
