Game Crashing and not allowing me to play Ultimate Team or Finish a game

This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I purchased the Ultimate edition on Friday, since then, I have encountered a crash on the majority of my games. When I load back in it says that I am being penalized for DNF. I am not causing these crashes. I looked at my connectivity, and it has been good for every match. I want my account fixed and for this not to be reflected in my DNF. I am also losing loan matches over this and have wasted several players trying to play this game, I would like those players back. Lastly, I am now not able to play any matches because it is saying "only the player associated with the current Ultimate Team account may start a game session", THIS IS MY ACCOUNT! Fix this immediately! Attached are the two error messages I received.

  • Same error, same **bleep** from Texas. We pay nearly $100 but no access for more than 3 days!
