Game does not launch past anticheat

I have been trying to play this game for days and every time i click play (on steam and in EA App), it opens the anticheat splashscreen and eventually quits back to the EA app with no error message. I have the same issue with Madden 26. I've tried literally everything from reinstalling anticheat/the game itself to doing a clean boot. I have no idea what to do now and I've sent multiple help cases with no response.
