Game doesn’t work

Launch the game, takes about 3 mins to get off the loading screen to get into the menus, click to play ultimate team and I’m staring at the TOTW for about 5 mins only for it to say ultimate team isn’t available. I’ve tried on the ps4 version, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game about 5 times, I’ve cleared cache and restored licenses, I’ve tried 2 different networks, I’ve tried safe booting my ps5 and restoring. I’m out of options. I’m about to crash out
