Game freezes and goes fast right after with constant stutter

The exact same problem is happening to me, in addition to the input lag on my computer. My connection is excellent, I'm connected via cable, and I'm alone on the network. All games work perfectly for me except for this one.

Hey there, just came back home after a few days away and tried following those steps as you said. The problem persists, and it has nothing to do with my internet connection: i have 1 gb of symmetric optic fiber and less than 10 ms ping, living in Granada, a southern city of Spain. The pc is connected by wire to the router and I have no issue with any other online game. Also, I've been having these kind of connection problems with ea games since ea fc 24, but lately they've worsen. I dont know what else to do, I really like the game but its unplayable for me rn.
