Game is unplayable on pc

ever since  fc26 released it has been one of my worst experiences with any fc/fifa game game is non stop capped in game to 20fps and anytime its not capped the input delay is unbearable, i never had a issue with fps nor input delay the past 2 fifas ive been on pc
