Game issue

Hi! 

I purchased your EA FC 26 and i'm so dissapointed about the gameplay.. I can't find a viable solution because from the second half, i got stuckind in 20 fps and game runs smooth. And that's happening in all matches online. My internet conection is ok, and i have all the settings at low, and at 85 that render option. 

I play this game on a Lenovo 15ACH3, and i consider the laptop is not a problem because in the EA FC 25 i had not problem, but, this time, you need to find a solution unless I will request a refund and I will not play anymore any game of EA SPORTS.
