Game lags when I start a match

When i first downloaded EA FC 26 a day before yesterday, the game was running fine for the first two matches in Career mode, right when i started my third match, when it loaded into the pre training session, everything started lagging as in it started slowing down (FPS Drop), but keep in mind my pc can run EAFC 26..

, So i had to readjust my display and graphics settings and eventually had to resize the game to Window and had to lower my graphics because of this issue, based on my research through multiple social media apps and forums, it seems to happen to alot of people, and the only way it helps them is by reducing the graphics all the way down.. 
Im honestly not sure if its the game's issue or not, please suggest a fix to this as ive spent some money from my savings for this game and ive been looking forward to enjoying this game.
