Game or server connection

Hello Community EA Support,
I’m experiencing a routing issue while playing EA Sports FC on PS5 from Ukraine. Local ping to test servers is 16–18 ms, with 0% packet loss, but in-game traffic is always routed through US servers, causing 150–180 ms latency and gameplay lag. (ae1.cs1.fra6.de.eth.zayo.com (64.125.29.56)  114.411 ms  111.936 ms  112.454 ms)
I tested using four Ukrainian ISPs (BGNet, Volia, Kyivstar, Triolan) and also through VPN servers in Poland (Warsaw) and Germany (Frankfurt). Connection briefly switched to EU (≈35 ms) but then reverted to US routes.
Please check if Ukrainian IP ranges are incorrectly mapped to North America and help route us to European servers (Frankfurt/Warsaw) instead.
Thank you for your assistance.

Please tell me where and in what form I can submit a request to EA Sports.

  • I’d really like to find a solution to this issue. Maybe an administrator could advise where exactly I can contact EA technical support to get this problem moving and finally resolved. I’m tired of wasting energy fighting the connection instead of competing with opponents.

It's not just you, man. I have a ping lower than 10, a great PC and connection, and it's impossible to play any online mode except Rush. Unfortunately, it's been like this for a week and they haven't fixed it. It's a problem with their server... believe me. I'm a computer engineer, I've already tried everything on my machine to figure out the problem...

  • Same problem in central europe, really EA why even bother with creating online game, when you can't make good enough servers to play online? You are really laughable, even in Pakistani they have better server and they are considered as third country world.

    My god, do something.

Bro, it’s been like this for 4 years, starting from FIFA 22. In a whole year, I get a stable connection for maybe 5 days at most. All the other days — it ranges from bad to extremely bad.

  • god d a m n,  EA-games doesnt provide any information regarding hosting location and servers iP-adresses (scared of ddos?)

therefore it's not possible to correctly diagnose route to its servers

there is some thoughts, that hosting for games are on Amazon aws?

could someone give some light on this?
