Game randomly start lagging like 5-10 fps

Hello i ve been playing fc26 from the start with almost no problems rarely but from december or january i can t play anymore i start the game it s all good i can open packs etc no problems but when i go into a match everything starts lagging as i said 5-15 fps maximum and i can t play. There is times that i can play with no problems but only a match or 2 i don t think it s my pc,anyone with some tips?
