Game save corrupt

Hello, I am experiencing a persistent game crash in EA Sports FC 26 on my PS5. Every time I attempt to load my Manager Career save file (Slot 8, 'Career - Manager Progress 1', dated August 3, 2026), the application immediately closes and crashes to the dashboard.I have already completed the following advanced troubleshooting steps, so please escalate this past the basic solutions:I have completely cleared the PS5 system cache and successfully run 'Rebuild Database' from Safe Mode.I have deleted my local 'Personal Settings 1' file to force the game to generate a clean configuration profile.I have checked my console storage and verified that I have 4 open free slots.The file still appears in my Profile Customize menu database list, but crashes immediately upon loading.Can you please check my EA Account cloud storage sync to see if there is an uncorrupted server backup of this career save file that can be pushed to my console?

Hey pigsy_100​,
Sorry to hear you've run into a corrupted save. One thing to check is whether you have a previous version of the save available through PlayStation Plus cloud storage that you can restore. If the cloud save has already synced with the corrupted version however, there unfortunately may not be a recoverable backup.
We do not have any method to push cloud saves to your console on this end, I'm afraid.
Does every other Career Mode save load normally, leaving only this one causing the crash? If there isn't an older PS Plus cloud save and every other Career save works, unfortunately this particular save is likely unrecoverable.
