FC 26 PC – Cannot submit SBCs in-game – FUT server communication error
Hi,
I have an issue with Ultimate Team on FC 26 PC.
When I try to submit an SBC in the game, I get:
"There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again."
Ultimate Team loads normally and Rivals matchmaking works. However, SBCs cannot be submitted from the PC game client.
I tested the same SBC through the FC 26 Web App and it successfully submitted, so the SBC itself is valid.
The problem later returned on the Web App as well.
I have already:
- Restarted FC 26 and my PC
- Completely closed the game before using the Web App
- Tried the Web App in Incognito mode
- Logged out/in again
- Tested my connection
- Confirmed that Rivals matchmaking works
This appears to be a FUT account/server synchronization issue rather than a general connection problem.
Could someone please investigate this?
