Same issue here, also on Xbox, posted my own ticket earlier today. Think I'll try what another poster suggested about. Loading without connecting to the ea servers. Will update if it works. Edit, I can confirm that this did work.😁
Hope you're able to resolve it and they fix it in a future update.🤞
