Game wont load

I load up the game and agree to the term and conditions, confirm my favorite team, and then when i hit continue nothing happens. I get stuck at the next loading screen and nothing loads up/no options to pick anything. Doesnt even load to the play now, ultimate team mode, manager mode etc.  Please help
