Gamepad response delay in online matches, lack of graphics optimization

My PC: Core(TM) i5-13400F, DDR 16.0 GB, Nvidia RTX 4060 TI. Xbox Gamepad connected via Bluetooth emulator. I didn't have any problems with previous Fifa series; I just bought it, installed it, and played. The new Fifa 26 has nothing but problems:

1. Game optimization. With my specs, the game should fly at maximum settings, but no matter what I change, the game still isn't smooth, there is lag, and the average fps is 45 at any graphics setting. There are delays.

2. Gamepad . This didn't happen in any of the previous games in the series. Now, when playing online, the Gamepad works for the first 3 seconds, then a delay starts to appear, which increases to 30 seconds per button press. Although when the button is pressed, the player immediately reacts without delay to the strike or pass strength indicator, but the player delivers it after -+10 seconds. There are no problems in offline game modes.
