Gameplay delay offline and online.
Fc 26 is unplayable. Gameplay is superslow and need some help,
I’m experiencing extremely slow and unresponsive gameplay in EA SPORTS FC on PlayStation 5. This happens both offline and online. Player movement, turning, passing and overall responsiveness feel delayed and heavy.
Other games on my PS5 run completely normal. The issue only affects EA SPORTS FC.
Troubleshooting steps already performed:
1) Full power cycle of the PS5 (shutdown + unplug from power for extended periods).
2) Disabled HDR, VRR and 120Hz.
3) Enabled Performance Mode.
4) Tested on a different TV and different HDMI cable.
5) Fully reinstalled EA SPORTS FC multiple times.
6) Deleted all local save data, profiles and settings for EA SPORTS FC and created a new in-game profile.
7) Rebuilt the PS5 database.
8) Cleaned dust from the PS5 and tested in an open, well-ventilated area.
9) Tested after a cold start (console fully cooled down).
10) Confirmed the issue via SharePlay (another person also observed the slow gameplay).
Key observations:
- The problem happens offline and online.
- Reinstalling and resetting did not fix it.
- The issue persists on a different TV.
- The PS5 works normally with other games.

Please escalate this to the technical team. It looks like an EA SPORTS FC-specific issue, possibly account/profile related, and I’d like to know if my EA account or gameplay profile can be checked/reset on your side.
