Gameplay is unresponsive and laggy

I have been complaining about unresponsive gameplay for I don't know how long. I decided to a bit of digging. I am based in the UK, why is my traffic being diverted to the US?

Your matchmaking connection tool appears to just be local telemetry, not my actual connection. This reflects my actual experience.
