Gauntlet not working?

Ea employees told me in live chat that many people are experiencing this right now wow i wanted to check how many it really is. On my tries it says i have -1 / 2 tries. (Negative 1) so it did not Update my tries. So i cant play any gauntlet matches to get my packs. They said they are working on it and its many players having the problem but i have not seen anyone post anything so Yeah. Is it true? Or had anyone fixed it when they had the problem
