Can’t connect to Ultimate Team

Since September 12 It has been nearly impossible to play FC25. And now FC26 is out with early access and it is still impossible to play. Takes 5-10 minutes to open the game if it does at all, can’t open ultimate team, can’t load into any game. I am on PS5 for reference. I just don’t see how we can pay for early access and it be unplayable.
