Given a loss after whistle had blown for a win

Much to the title, I was playing my 11th game of champs yesterday and was going 7-3 into it, I won 6-3 in the end, the whistle ad blown and it started the animation to collect the match ball, just to get hit with an “the ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later” it put me to the main menu I logged back in and it went down as a loss, restarting my game or ultimate team changed nothing and it stayed as 4 losses which really sucks as 12-3 would have been my best record on this game so far, really hope there’s a way to fix this and or at the very least give the couple packs that i should have earned 🤷
