Got Ban by Mistake

Hi I got ban from fc26 by mistake,I only bought Carlos Tevez trophy titans hero cards 2 times with cheap prices and then sold them in higher price(card price on that time) to make some coins for myself, so plz unban my account,i didn't buy or sell any coins,im playing FIFA (FC) games in this account from 2021to now,need to get back to this game soon to complete my objectives and sbcs, plz help me to get back to my game soon,thx.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. I'm assuming by the fact that you have a case number that you've already reached out to our terms of service team? If so, I can only recommend that you're patient while they work. You'll get an email with the result when they've finished their investigation.
