So I've changed the password and added a secondary email and phone number to the account and it is in my control and the hacker can't access it anymore. Whenever I try get them to recover the account a detail is always wrong/I need the creation email (already explained in my post) so they can't update my email. Also when explaining to one about the hack he said I was lying as the "logs" didn't show it.
