Hacked but no help

Question

So I don't know what forum to post this in but my account got hacked by somebody in the Netherlands (My bank had called saying several Fc 26 payments were being attempted from the Netherlands) so that's how I know. I am from England and have never left the country, I log in with very few devices consistently and only ever do gameplay on my PS4. However because their "logs" don't register this Netherlands login on a PS5, I can't be returned my 1050 FC points, 100,000 UT coins or 8 Win champs rewards+Objective packs.
Also my creation email was typed in wrong so the email itself doesn't actually exist and I've tried several times to explain this but they don't listen.
What can I do about all the stuff I lost?

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of&nbsp;these security steps&nbsp;as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.
After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can look into or change here on the forums.
Once you've gone through the steps linked above, you can create a new case here to get in touch with the support team so they can help with the account recovery.&nbsp;

EA_Mako​&nbsp;So I've changed the password and added a secondary email and phone number to the account and it is in my control and the hacker can't access it anymore. Whenever I try get them to recover the account a detail is always wrong/I need the creation email (already explained in my post) so they can't update my email. Also when explaining to one about the hack he said I was lying as the "logs" didn't show it.&nbsp;
