Hackers Adding 10 Inactive Controllers to my Team

Decided to play PC champs on a Friday (you know I am to blame at this point). First game, normal opponent. Second game, it takes 10 extra seconds for the game to load, and suddenly, there are white controller indicators on every single of my outfield players. None of them moving or accessible. The opponent knew what he was doing and ran past everyone easily. I branded it a typical EA FC friday, restarted my game, and decided to let it go. Very next game the exact same thing happens and once again I cant control any of my teammates. After scoring two breezers, my opponent stopped playing as he knew what he was doing. Just a fantastic experience overall.

I know taking action against hackers is not the priority and I completely understand that a healthy capitalist approach is to prioritize on tasks that generate profit rather than what cost money. But having to face something like this back-to-back is a bit of a problem, don't you think?

I have attached the video of what it looks like. I've seen another post of a victim complaining about the same thing about a month ago. So expectations for resolution are not very high to be honest.
