Can’t access the transfer market and transfer targets

I’ve completed all the required objectives to unlock the market but yet it won’t consistently connect and even when it does it completely crashes my Xbox, I’ve not seen the inside of the transfer targets tab due to it not connecting. I also can’t list players as it keeps saying I’ve reached my buy bid limit.
